Poinsettia Punch

What says Christmas more than a poinsettia? Once you try this poinsettia punch, you'll have a whole new appreciation for these festive flowers! This cocktail is light and refreshing enough to go with Christmas dinner but flavorful enough to stand up on its own at Christmas Eve happy hour (my family isn't the only one that does a Christmas Eve happy hour, right?).

It's fruity but not overly sweet, and the bubbles give it a celebratory feel. Plus, how cute and Christmas-y are the floating orange slices and cranberries?

Here's what you'll need (for a small pitcher, approximately six servings):

* 1.5 cups of cranberry juice

* 1 bottle of prosecco

* 2/3 cup of triple sec

* Cranberries

* Orange slices

Mix the cranberry juice and triple sec in a large pitcher and refrigerate. Pour a chilled bottle of prosecco and the cranberries/orange slices into the pitcher shortly before serving. Spoon some fruit into each glass, then pour the cocktail.

Poinsettia punch always makes the holidays merry and bright! What is your favorite holiday party cocktail?
