Pumpkin Spice Latte Martini

Oh hey there October...

I know most people are in one of two camps, you either love the Pumpkin Spice Latte or you loathe it.

While I happen to be in the looove camp, I'm certainly not against trying to make a good thing even better...

And what's the best way to make a good thing better?! Add a little spirit, of course!

And thus I present to you, the Pumpkin Spice Latte Martini

But whatever side of the fence you're on, I can promise you that you're going to love this revamp.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Martini

Ingredients:
1 part Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie Vodka
1 part Espresso Vodka
1 part Coffee Liquor
1/2 part Fulton's Harvest Pumpkin Creme Liquor
Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice.  Shake and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a dash of pumpkin pie spice.

Cheers to Fall!

Excited to be linking up with Shanna, Wordless Wednesday, Emily, Carole, Miranda, Meg and Morgan!

  1. You know that I'm normally anti-PSL BUT I also can never resist one of your cocktails, and this sounds delicious! You're definitely making it for me the next time I visit!

  2. YUMMMM!!! I haven't had a PSL yet this year (I've been loving the chai tea latte), but I discovered Pinnacle's Pumpkin Pie vodka two years ago and it's absolutely delish! I never thought to mix it with coffee liquor... fabulous idea :-D
