Fall Bucket List - Recipe Edition

Hey Gals! Now that Little M’s big choo choo party (details coming – I promise!) is behind me, I feel like it’s officially fall. We’ve had our windows open all week and I’ve even been able to snuggle underneath the covers since the temps have dropped all the way into the 50’s overnight (love it!). With a new season brings lots of delicious seasonal ingredients, so I’ve been pinning my little heart out with must make recipes. I thought I’d share a couple of my favorites and turn it into a fall recipe bucket list to keep me motivated to branch out with some great new autumnal recipes!

Once the temps drop, I become an absolute soup fanatic - I could eat it every day! I can't wait to try out all of these fantastic recipes. On the top of my list is the Vegan Butternut Squash Soup – This recipe combines 2 of my favorite things: soup and butternut squash!
Butternut Squash Soup
This recipe gets bonus points because it’s dairy free (and vegan, actually!), which means that Little M can eat it too! I’ve mentioned what a picky eater he can be, but I’m still determined to continue introducing foods to him in hopes that he’ll eventually start trying (and liking!) new things. Here's a couple others also on my to-make list:

We’re big pulled pork fans in my house, which is why I can’t believe we’ve never made pulled chicken. This recipe looks so delish plus I always have a carton of cider in my fridge, so this is one I can’t wait to try out!

Fall in the M household also means lots and lots of football on the tv, which of course means game day snacks. I’m a total chip and dip kind of gal, so these recipes are calling my name:

As much of a squash lover as I am, I've never tried spaghetti squash, so I'm so excited to finally try it out! Plus, garlic shrimp..yes!

This just looks and sounds like the epitome of fall comfort food - definitely not the lightest recipe in the bunch, but some days you just need a good, hearty meal!

And of course I can't forget something a little sweet - how amazing does this apple cinnamon bread look?!

What recipes are on your fall bucket list?
