Apple Brie Crostini

Whenever I host a dinner party or small gathering at my home, the key to a successful menu is ensuring that all of the offerings 1) pack a punch of flavor, and 2) are easy to prep so that I don't have to be stuck in the kitchen all night. These apple brie crostini tick both of those boxes, and are also great for when you're hosting vegetarians (though they are also carnivore-approved!).

These are the perfect nibble for a fall afternoon, but it's hard to stop at just 1 or 2 so make sure you only serve them to a group (don't say I didn't warn you!). I mean, they feature apples and cinnamon so it really doesn't get any more autumnal than that. Plus...there is just so much yummy cheese, which is ALWAYS a win. They would definitely fit right in at your Thanksgiving table!

Apple Brie Crostini

Ingredients
* Bakery-bought garlic toast (you could slice and toast some bread to make your own, but these taste just as good and are MUCH more convenient!)
* 2 apples, slices
* 4 oz. brie cheese, sliced
* 1/2 tablespoon sugar
* 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
* Balsamic glaze

Instructions
* Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

* Place the apple slices in a baking dish, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top, then roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

* While the apples are in the oven, place a chunk of brie on top of each garlic toast. Next, add 2 apple slices on top.

* Drizzle with a bit of balsamic glaze.
