Five on Friday: {November 20, 2015}

Happy Friday Gals! Can you believe we're less than a week out from Thanksgiving already? I couldn't be more excited for Thanksgiving and all of the holiday goodness that's to follow. As always, I'm kicking off the weekend with my five favorites of the week:

Brunching in the City
Little M indulging in some brunch fries!

Last weekend was our annual Autumnal party at B's apartment, so I was excited to take full advantage of my time in the city and head out to brunch on Sunday morning. The timing worked out perfectly that it happened to be when Brunch Club was having their monthly outing. GG and Little M drove and and met us, and we finally got to check out the amazingness that is Brunch Club! Then afterwards, we stuck around and walked around the city for the rest of the day - pretty much the perfect end to a great weekend!

Napkin Haul

It's no secret that I love me a good cocktail napkin, so when I was in Home Goods this week, I couldn't resist picking up these festive Christmas cocktail napkins. It was seriously so hard to not buy everything in the store, and I'm pretty sure I'll be back to scoop up some more Christmas decor.

Happy Birthday to Mama M!

This week was my mom's birthday, and I'm super excited to celebrate with her this weekend. We're going out to one of her favorite restaurants tomorrow night and Little M has promised her lots and lots of birthday hugs

Favorite Thanksgiving Pin

With Thanksgiving right around the corner(!), I've been pinning up a storm trying to find yummy recipes to make. My parents are hosting this year, but I've been tasked with bringing dessert. These mini apple pies are just too cute too resist, plus they allow you to indulge while still leaving more for dessert-y goodness!

  8. Girlfriend you read my mind – cocktail napkins are my favorite any time of the year but especially Christmas and I’m actually making a Home Goods stop later today and those are on the list! I found some leftover from last year when I pulled out all of our Christmas boxes and was so happy. Happy Birthday to your Mom – enjoy celebrating!

  9. Brunch Club sounds like the best idea ever! I wish that we could eat brunch on any day of the week, but I probably couldn't drink mimosas at work... Those mini apple pies are so cute, and I'm sure that they're delicious! That's my husband's favorite dessert so I might have to check them out.
